Cover Glass

Description

Before performing two-photon microscopy imaging on mice, it is necessary to remove the skulls of mice and other animals, and embed high transmittance glass windows to ensure the isolation of the cerebral cortex from the external environment and prevent infection. The cover glasses are specially designed for brain window opening, with a thickness of only 0.1mm and high transmittance, which can maximize the working distance of the microscope. This window panel can also be used in other window opening surgery experiments.
