Originating from Peking University’s pioneering biomedical imaging team, we have spent the past decade transforming bold ideas into world-leading technologies. From the world’s first 2.2 g miniature two-photon microscope for freely moving mice in 2017 to today’s fourth-generation system enabling multi-color, deep-brain, and cross-scale in vivo imaging, each generation of innovation has expanded the boundaries of neural imaging for freely moving animals and empowered scientists to explore life at unprecedented depth and clarity. Our original name, Transcend Vivoscope, reflected this founding spirit — the determination to transcend limitations and bring life (“vivo”) into clear focus through the scope of innovation.

But as science evolves, so does our mission.

Our technologies have grown from individual instruments into integrated solutions that bridge technology and application, science and medicine, research and real-world impact.

Our vision, too, is expanding — from miniature microscopes that observe freely moving animals to platforms that reshape how life itself is studied, understood, and transformed.

To embody this broader horizon, we are proud to introduce our new brand: TRANSVISTA.

The name TRANSVISTA fuses two ideas at the heart of who we are:
