The SV780 system, an in vivo two-photon microscopy imaging system is an innovative medical imaging device designed for high-resolution three-dimensional section scanning imaging of superficial skin epithelial cells and tissues. SV780 system utilizes the two-photon excitation mechanism to achieve in vivo, in situ, non-invasive, and label-free real-time imaging by exciting autofluorescence or second harmonic signals from substances such as keratin, NAD(P)H/FAD, elastic fibers, collagen fibers, and melanin.
This instrument delivers imaging results approaching histopathological quality, providing cellular-level structural and functional imaging, thereby establishing a new imaging paradigm for dermatological clinical practice and scientific research.
